ALCOM Commissions Manufacturing Expansion

The new equipment will provide improvements across the existing range of aluminum sheet and heavy gauge foil products. In addition, the investment will enable ALCOM to enter the growing market for aluminum sheet used in consumer electronics. The new equipment was installed and commissioned on schedule. Owned 59 % by Novelis, ALCOM is a publicly traded company located in Bukit Raja, Selangor, Malaysia (12/2011).
