Appointment of Mark Robertshaw to SEGRO's Board of Directors

The Morgan Crucible Company plc has announced that Mark Robertshaw, Chief Executive of Morgan Crucible, will join the Board of SEGRO plc as a non-executive director, effective 1 June 2010.

Mark will stand down from the Board of Rathbone Brothers plc in May 2010. He has served as a non-executive there since 2006. (02/2010)
