Eisenmann Pushes Strategic Reorientation in Insolvency
Eisenmann SE/DE filed end of July 2019 a petition for the opening of insolvency at Stuttgart District Court/DE with the aim of accelerating the restructuring and strategic reorientation of the Eisenmann Group, which began in March 2019. Applications were also submitted to Eisenmann Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG, Eisenmann Lactec GmbH and ENisco GmbH & Co. KG and Eisenmann Thermal Solutions GmbH & Co KG.
RHI Magnesita Half Year Results 2019: Robust Performance Despite Difficult End Markets
RHI Magnesita/AT, announced its results for the six months ended 30 June 2019. Stefan Borgas, CEO RHI Magnesita, said: “despite difficult end markets, we have seen a very strong performance from our Industrial Division, offsetting a slightly softer performance from the Steel Division in more challenging market conditions.”

The Agency Agreement between Höganäs Borgestad/SE and INTOCAST Group/DE was terminated by mutual agreement with effect of 30 September 2019. Both Groups underwent substantial changes in 2018 and are now focusing on their own long-term goals.

Eirich Mixing Granulators Part of the Granulation Course at the University of Sheffield
Very few institutes and universities in Europe have in-depth expertise in granulation technology. Every year, the Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems (IKTS) in Dresden/DE offers basic and advanced courses for customers in the ceramics industry. The University of Sheffield/GB stages the International Granulation Workshop every second year, which consists of a two-day Granulation Course followed by a three-day Granulation Conference. The event used to be targeted at the food and pharmaceutical industries, but the horizon now extends to all industries. The Workshop was held for the 9th time on 8–10 July 2019.
